Frequently Asked Questions
Q: HOW DO I KNOW IF A FILM IS PLAYING UPSTAIRS OR DOWNSTAIRS?
A: To check if a film is playing upstairs or downstairs, simply visit our website and select your desired showtime. Under the "Screen" information, you'll see a wheelchair icon for films playing in our downstairs theaters. Please note that Theater 1 is our only upstairs theater, so if you don't see the wheelchair icon, the film is playing in Theater 1. While Theater 1 is currently only accessible by stairs, we are actively fundraising to install an elevator - learn more about supporting this initiative at our upcoming Pre-Oscar Cocktail Party fundraiser.
Q: WILL THE THEATER CLOSE DOWN IN THE OFF SEASON?
A: No. NFAC’s goal is to remain open as a resource to the community throughout the year offering educational programs, art exhibits and entertainment to all, seven days a week!
Q: WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BECOME A FOUNDING MEMBER?
A: If you made a donation in 2023 to Save the Theater your name will be permanently installed on the Founding Donor Wall. Don’t see your name on the wall? Make corrections using this link here.
Q: WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE A FILM CLUB MEMBER?
A: Starting in late 2024, NFAC launched a new membership drive which incentivizes yearly memberships for you and your family with special perks including free and discounted movie tickets, points earned for dollars spent at the theater and early access to events. Your purchase of a membership helps sustain our mission! Learn more here.
