Tony Spiridakis
FOUNDER & EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Tony Spiridakis is an American film director, writer, actor, producer and playwright best known for “Queens Logic.” His other films include “Tinseltown,” “The Last Word,” “If Lucy Fell”, “Ash Tuesday” (aka “Beyond the Ashes”), “Driving To Ground Zero”, and most recently, “Ezra,” which he wrote and produced with director Tony Goldwyn, William Horberg, and Jon Kilik. The film stars Bobby Cannavale, Robert DeNiro, Rose Byrne, and Vera Farmiga. Projects in pre-production include: “Breath of Life,” the true story of the mayor of an Italian village during WWII who makes the ultimate sacrifice; and “Mike’s Place,” a true story about a blues bar in Tel Aviv during the Second Intifada that survives the devastation caused by a suicide bombing. In 2012, Spiridakis co-founded the Manhattan Film Institute (MFI). It has been a labor of love which has proven to be transformational for many aspiring artists. Spiridakis is a strong advocate for autism awareness and calls Greenport, New York, his home.

Shannon Goldman
CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Shannon Goldman is the founder of Super G Films, a New York-based production company, where he directs, edits and produces commercials and brand films for some of the top fashion retail companies in the country. Shannon has also directed, edited and produced several feature-length films, many of which debuted at top film festivals and released to critical acclaim. He contributed as an early advisor to the Manhattan Film Institute, a boutique film conservancy in Greenport, NY, where he teaches filmmaking and serves as the Director of the MFI North Fork Film Festival. Born in Manhattan and raised between the city and the country, he currently lives on the North Fork.

Liz Gillooly
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Liz Gillooly brings her entrepreneurial acumen and community-focused approach to her role as Director of Operations at the North Fork Arts Center. With a background as a successful business owner, Liz understands the intricacies of operational management and the importance of fostering a vibrant community.
As an elected Trustee currently serving Southold Town, she advocates for environmental preservation, aligning with her commitment to the region's well-being. Additionally, Liz has secured significant funding for the North Fork Arts Center, having written grants totaling over half a million dollars. Through her multifaceted experience and dedication to the arts, Liz plays a vital role in driving the Center's success and enhancing its impact on the local community.

Natalie Licciardi
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Natalie Licciardi is a recent graduate from the University of Vermont, where she earned a degree in Community Centered Design with specialized concentrations in Project Leadership, Management, and Planning. She also pursued minors in Public Communications and Studio Art. With a strong foundation in customer management and planning, Natalie brings organizational skills and a commitment to execution to her role as Administrative Assistant. Growing up surrounded in a vibrant community of friends and family in the arts, Natalie naturally gravitated toward staying within that realm, ultimately finding her way to the North Fork Arts Center.

Meghan Krumholz
GRANTS MANAGER
Meghan Krumholz is a seasoned nonprofit management professional with over 13 years of experience specializing in empowering marginalized communities affected by conflict and poverty. With a background in case management, she has supported refugees in New York and Washington, D.C., and led programs across 18 U.S. cities. Meghan has also provided technical leadership in the Middle East, with an emphasis on women, youth, and people with disabilities. Her expertise includes grant management, program development, and project evaluation, with a track record of managing diverse portfolios worth up to $75 million. Meghan holds a Master’s degree in International Human Rights from the London School of Economics and a Graduate Certificate in Project Monitoring and Evaluation from American University.
